By accessing or using Leadvolts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Leadvolts provides access to a database of USA business leads including company names, contact information, and business details. Users may search, filter, and export this data according to their subscription plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Leadvolts only for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:

  • Use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute the raw data to third parties
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or mirror our database
  • Use the data to violate CAN-SPAM, CCPA, or other applicable laws
  • Share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Export limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Unused exports do not carry over to the next month
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Data Accuracy

Leadvolts provides business data compiled from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free. Users should verify critical information before use.

7. CAN-SPAM Compliance

Users who use exported leads for email marketing must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including:

  • Including a valid physical postal address in emails
  • Providing a clear opt-out mechanism
  • Honoring opt-out requests within 10 business days
  • Not using deceptive subject lines

8. Intellectual Property

The Leadvolts platform, design, and software are owned by Leadvolts. The business data is licensed for your use within the terms of your subscription. You may not claim ownership of the data or the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leadvolts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the data provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice or refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
